    Mod_file_cache.so and mem_cache_module causes errors

    Hi,

Recently changed server from CentOS 5.8 to CentOS 6.4. I moved /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf from the old server to the new on, but received the following error:
    Code:
Starting httpd: httpd: Syntax error on line 196 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load /etc/httpd/modules/mod_file_cache.so into server: /etc/httpd/modules/mod_file_cache.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Turned out if I commented out the following two lines, Apache worked fine.
    Code:
    LoadModule file_cache_module modules/mod_file_cache.so
    LoadModule mem_cache_module modules/mod_mem_cache.so
Do I probably want to include these two modules? How do I do so?

    Thanks

This indicates that you don't have those modules installed on the new server. If you want to use the modules, you would need to install them first, probably using yum. I don't know what they do.
