ASP Migration not working!!
Hi All,

I am new to asp and have unfortunately been thrown into the deep end. I have been instructed to migrate a .asp website from IIS6 server to a brand new windows 2008 r2 IIS7.5 server.

I have been able to overcome most of the mountain of problems that I have encountered but would really appreciate some assistance on my latest error.

I am receiving a
"Server Object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'
Server.CreateObject Failed

/management/OffersAdd.asp, line 10

800401f3 "

The code related is :

Line 10 is set in Bold.

I have checked the connection details and all are in order.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Persits is a non-microsoft component that's not free, you have to purchase a version from Persits compatible with W2008 (if one exists) and then install the Persits uploader on your server.
