asp news archive

Hi,

I need to create a news archive system (preferably using asp). The way it needs to work is as follows:

As the client uploads the December news story, it replaces the November story and adds November to a dropdown menu on the news page.

For example, all archived months stories can be accessed from the dropdown menu and the current month is visible on the page.

Hope this makes sense! Can anyone help, or point me in the way of some script I can download?
