Aspmap

I have (at last!) succeed in launching an ASP file. (I have uninstalled Apache so as to use IIS)
But I still got a problem when launching asp files containing ASPMAP code. First, it seems like I am obliged to connect to the web to send any asp file to the server! I used PHP and JSP; it isn't necessary to use the web ! A local server is enougn! It appears to be non-sense to me !!
If anyone has already used ASPMAP or/and has a similar problem, you're kind to help.
Thanks :-)
