Creating Image Thumbnail
Some surely must know of a way of creating a smaller filesize thumbnail using just bog standard ASP code and no components?

If you just want to display a smaller image you can let the browser resize the image.

If you want a file with different size I don't know of a way to create a new file from an image without some server component. There are some built-in NET objects that can do what you want if you are on a NET server.
