Editor
Hi ...
I am newbie to ASP and need to design a small website using ASP and Access. Would apprecite if anyone can help me with some solution. I need to design a website whereby I have to provide an editor where the user can save some content (this gets stored in Access). But apart from this the requirment is like if I want to check the content then i should be able to highlight the spelling mistakes, strikethrough some words. DO i need to attach some editor to ASP? if yes how can I do that? WOuld appreciate a response. thanks in advance (I dont know if I am asking in the right usergroup. If not can anyone tell me any other usergroup for ASP?) |

This is indeed the right group for your ASP questions, welcome to DevShed.
I have a couple questions about clarifying your problem, before trying to help you. Quote:

hey thanks for the respond!
the concept is that to write a story by kids (so its gonna be text) and another one can check (edit) it ... find out the mistakes and give some grades based on that. So its like one user would enter content. THe words entered can be counted... submit the contents and save it. But another person...who has the right to retreive the content , finds out mistakes like wrong spellings, make corrections...SO when now retrieved from the DB it should display all the changes in another color, or allow mistakes to be strikethrough. I hope i am able to make it clear? thanka a tons! |
