fail to Connect data in remote pc
Platform Xp Pro/vs2002/firebird.net .10
I'm not sure this can be done . My program is working fine if data resides in the program folder .If I want to connect to real data in server , it gives error Dim sCon As String = "User=SYSDBA;Password=masterkey;Datasource=192.168.1.35:d;Database=/data/test.gdb)" Dim sCon As String = "User=SYSDBA;Password=masterkey;Datasource=\\server\;Database=\\server\d:\data\test.gdb)" ** datasource refer to ip of server ,second approach use the unc name Both fail to connect.
