Why d I get this error?

There are many reasons that cause this error. If you're using a DSN or the old Access ODBC drivers, make sure the IIS user account can write to the windows %TEMP% folder. If you're using a connection string, you should use the Jet OLEDB drivers rather than the ODBC drivers.
