Nedd "made to measure" function help.

Hi guys

i want to create a made to measure function on a website which will allow customers to choose their choice of material, colour and style from a section on the site, enter their measurements and submitted for processing.
i have been reaserching online but unable to find any help regarding this matter. i would be greatful if somsone could point me towards a website or toturial which would show me how to do this.
