Need help setting up mod_perl

I have set up the following successfully on Windows 2000 Pro:
-Apache/2.0.44 (Win32)
-mod_perl-2 (1.99_09-dev)
-Perl/v5.8.0

I am having troubles with configuration. What do I add to "httpd.conf" file in Apache, in order to execute ASP files and get everything working? Where do I then put ASP files?

Need some help. Thanks.

Manny

You should have named your question "How do I run ASP on Apache?"

and lots of people would have given you help.

As it is ASP only runs on Windows IIS or on Apache (both windows and Unix) with the help of chillisoft ASP.
There may also be other clones available but not very well know or supported.

So just using the components you have listed, the answer is you can put anything you like in the httpd.conf file but it wont help you get ASP working.

try http://www.chillisoft.com for more info on ASP and Apache

or

Just use the IIS which has ASP built in, which either comes as part of your windows 2000 operating system or as part of a service pack for win nt I think. You can run ASP on the Microsoft "Personal Web Server" on Window 95, 98 also.
