ok, the goal is to have a form with fields that contain data from a db. the fields can then be edited, and on the click of the "submit" button, the updated information is returned to the database, replacing the old. a bonus would be arrow buttons allowing navigation from one record to the next, with the information populating the form each time. i'm having a hard time with this. a complete solution may take more time than anyone is willing to spend on it, but any help at all is appreciated

Which part of this functionality are you looking for help on?
* Populating the text fields * Updating the database on submit * Moving between records

i was looking for help populating the text fields, but i think i can do that now with a vb (not script) executable, which will also move between the records. thus i guess i'm down to updating on submit as far as help goes, unless someone has a better way to do the fields.
