random number
trying to get a random number from 0000 to 9999, is there an easy way to do this? i'm using this for a unique filename and want it to be 4 digits from 0000 to 9999.

please be kind and check for collisions first, i'd hate to see you overwrite someones files due to IIS's wonderful permissions schema in the near distant future seeing as how this doesn't really generate a unique id. =P
