I have a client that wants to be able to search both our html and asp pages at the same time. I need to know if this is possible and if so any solutions that I can use. I am working in asp, and access.

ASP and HTML are in love with each other, you'll have no problem with that. Well I should say ASP loves HTML, HTML is kindof a skank and gets around with PHP and PERL from time to time.....
ahem, but in anycase, search what? for what? how is he going to do the search? Last edited by unatratnag : September 17th, 2003 at 04:07 PM. |

i'm in a situation similar to this. how can a search through my pages when they all are the same page with diffferent variables.
for example. i have a page1.asp that has varibales sent in like this page1.asp?whatever=whatever, and depending on the variable different information comes up. well - i control hundreds of sections like this, and i'm now nervous that now that i have this good organization, no one will be able to search for a certain area because it is all logged on a simple page. anyone have any reccomendations? |
