Does somebody know a cool library like gd for php which helps me to create images in my script?

Unfortunately, the asp world is much more expensive than the php world. There are programs that provide image manipulation functionality. One such program and i think the most roubust (both in price and features) is called Image Glue which is made by WebSuperGoo (http://www.websupergoo.com). I think the cost is somewhere around 299, but I've used the trial version, and it had a pretty good programming interface. I've also used Picture Processor, which is made by a company called ComObjects.net. The basic picture processor there is like 30 bucks, and pretty robust for the price, but not quite as powerful as Image Glue. There is also a pretty good site for finding out about components, called ASPobjects.com. They have a pretty good index of objects which is usually good for helping you find what you need. Good luck.

Hmm, if anyone could _lend_ me a visual studio we could maybe hack together an activex-object wrapping gd's dll-calls ;-)

Your best bet, Would be to use PHP with the GD Library.
