I dont really understand what SDK is... I have heard it everywhere and I still have yet to understand the acronym. if someone could elaborate it would be greatly appreciated. thanx

To elaborate a bit:
A SDK usually contains information (documentation) on how to program in a certain language or with some library, programming examples and, if neccessary, tools/libraries/header files.
