adding binary and negative binary
i dont get how it works. but the book didnt tell me. so i'm not worrying about it
but right now i cant even make it work i dont get how it knows the difference. like 1111 1111 could be -1 or 255 also how do i represent -255 ? please explain. or give a linkthank you

There are 3 systems commonly used to do this. They are known as
sign and magnitude, one's compliment and two's complement. Google for these first. christo

i know the flip for 1's and add 1 for 2's (dont know why) thing which makes it negative. i dont get how it knows the difference |
