Another Browser Compatibility Issue

Hello,
Here is my question:
Please visit www.redback.com website.
While there, if you use Internet Explorer and check the html source from the browser, you'll see a source code that's specific to I.E (VBScript).
By using Netscape, however, you'll see a completely different HTML source code that is specific to Netscape. How is this achieved?
Is this done by code on the server side or what? I'm very curious to find out the answer.

Yes, it's server side. By using HTTP_USER_AGENT, you can see what browser is being used and redirect them to a page that corresponds with that browser.
