Hi!!! I am doing a project well...its for University, and I have to design an online accomodation application form for students. I am a little stuck :-( I don't know which programming language to use, I am deciding between PHP and Java/JSP, Which is best? Although I do not want to use Java, and I have heard PHP is simple to learn.
