Hi,
I guess nothing else is needed..u can start writing ASP program and put it in C:\inetpub\wwwroot and execute it...assuming this is the place where ur IIS setup to load HTML or ASP files from.. u can try visit www.asp101.com and copy some sample source and try running it... or www.planet-source-code.com for some samples as well. Best Regards

mcchin is right,
but in case you want to know what he means by "run the script" you just open your browser and type in URL"yourfilename".asp your file name being: The Active Server Page that you have created. This assumes that IIS is running. The web sites mentioned are great. A good book wouldn't hurt either. I am partiall to the Wrox series. |

I concur on the wrox series. Also, make it easy on yourself and set up a folder on your desktop, the point IIS to that folder. Another good site is http://www.learnasp.com/learn
Good luck! |
