Hey, I'm BIG beginer... ... i want to learn easy programing, like creating program there you can type notes... ... i think i want to crate program that u type what you do every day... your plans, meetings, what you dream last night, anything new in love ... can any one tell me what is best program for me

You will want a database for this sort of thing. Microsoft Access is fairly easy to create tables for what you'd need and you can create interfaces (forms) easily with very little to no coding at all, and you can then jump into VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) if you want to roll up your sleeves and write a little bit of code to enhance the functionality.

(Queue the masses who will chime in to tell you that Visual Basic is a horrible thing to learn because it will "teach you bad programming habits" and make you a lazy programmer ...)

Oh god, why did you not Photoshop that to make it look more professional and clean? Or is that actually how you want it to look? If that's the case, you would need images for your nav..and..basically everything there...

Start learning HTML and CSS to start out. Then integrate PHP and SQL with whatever DBMS you prefer (preferably Access, since I know nothing of databases, and medialint does, go with his suggestion)

BTW, HTML is not programming, and neither is SQL.

Now that I know exactly what you want, I normaly wouldn't have said this, but judging by your first post, you want a blog...

I ask you all... What is best program for programing for me. Bacis, Visual Basic, Pascal, Delphi... what program??? I know html... but its for web sites not for prezentations... tell me just the name of program and where can i find tutorial for it...

Oh, OP, were you looking to have your eyes only for this? Sorry, didn't ask. So the 'log' is sort of like a diary with a lock on it? You know, you could use .htaccess and restrict people viewing the directory that your Wordpress is in also. Even a login system would do that.
