Question CGI Development Environment for Windows?

Does anyone know of a tool that will simulate and execute Pearl (or other) scripts on a Windows OS? I'm tired of uploading and guessing to see if my scripts will run. Single-step would be awesome!

If you want just shell-style perl, that is using it from command line, just go and get ActivePerl. Same thing with php. But if you want to do web based apps you'll need to install some form of web server. Apache is the server of choice for most admins, but your question is too broad to say anything more specific.

P.S. it is perl

Hmm... I was hoping that it would be something simple, you know, like a developer suite of tools that provides a Visual Studio kind of debug environment. Like Visual Perl

Guess it's not that simple. Anyway, thanks for the reply. I'm on my way to check out Apache now.
