Contact form Query

I want to include a contact form on a site I've built. I've inserted Matt's formmail script which works fine but when I get an enquiry, the 'from' part comes from the server (ie. URL)

Can I make it so the 'from' part is the enquirers email address (will help me organise enquiries)
