Data Base
I am going to create my website with a php/MySQL data base. I have been told it is best to fully understand the solution prior to developing the data base. Should I create a basic site (a sort of face plate) to view and all the information I am going to want the data base to contain prior to setting up the data base ? ? ?
Thank You and Respectfully, Persevere |

Yes, advance planning is always good. Within reason, all the work you do upfront will save you coding later- it's far easier to layer things in as you create code than to go back and edit things.
Your "wireframe" site, as things like this are usually known, doesn't even have to be HTML- I like to scribble the major pages/sections down on paper to help guide my planning while I'm fleshing out features. |

Thank You
I had not thought about sketching it out. That is a much better idea than fully developing a non functional site. I really appreciate it. Thank You Again, Persevere
