Hey

Does anyone have any good tutorials I could read that show in a little more detail how to develop websites? from organization, to technologies, to coding practices, etc etc?

Other then that I would suggest going to Barnes & Noble and reading through the books there. If you're completely new I would suggest reading HTML to begin with then getting into CSS. If you're looking for coding rather then mark up languages I would suggest Javascript then JQuery and php.
