What's DigExt in

Read somewhere the following:

"DigExt is the provider of the browser. In this case one of the largest providers of "free" Internet access. They are located in th UK, I believe."

Don't know if it's accurate or not...

I see. So that means that DigExt gave the visitor a "customized" version of IE were the title is changed to "DigExt"?
