I'd like to know is possible for you to drag a flash movie while the movie is been playing. Suppose the moive's windows size is small!

Put it in a <div></div> make that div draggable and I do not see why not? - check out http://www.dynamicdrive.com for a drag and drop script, pretty sure they have one.

only problem will be that regardless of z-index a flash object will always be on top!
