dreamweaver problem with text

Hi,

New to the board, so first of hello.

I have a problem with Dreamweaver. Below is a website Im making and Im new to web design, so bear with me. Im having trouble properly inserting text to the right of the navigation bar. The navigation bar is a table with the pictures inside of it because theyre rollover images. Dreamweaver wont let me put text to the right of it. SO I tried making another collum and tried putting the text in there. That messed up the alignment of the navigation bar on the left.

Are Frames the way to go to fix this problem?
