Hi
Why bother?
Get Ad-Aware and nuke them all. It's free and less dangerous than doing it yourself.
Otherwise use regedit.exe if you have windows (start, run, type in regedit ... OK).
I also use IE Cookies Viewer 1.5 to check out the cookies and kill everything except the ones I want to leave on. It isn't sensible to block all cookies, coz too many sites won't let you in without them, just kill them when you leave.
