Email Secrity/ Record keeping
Just set up a linux box with apache and will be shortly migrating my website and email there.
At the present the ceo of my company would aslso like to record all of the emails coming and going through the door. He is also trying toi stay away from Microsoft products and stay as much in the GPU as possible.
The server is remotely hosted [and dedicated due to traffic] and I will need to pull it down for ditribution. How would you reccommend I do this so that I have a record and can distribute it?
Here are a few more variables: 15 email accounts, only 3 machines on the Internet [for security] and one of those only accepts 2 email addresses. we probably recieve 100-200 emails a day at the present but are ramping up our website and expect more traffic. In the future we will be adding new Intrernet stations but this could be 6 months to a year off.
