Check the solutions at http://www.experts-exchange.com/Ope...Q_20702200.html
It could be a trojan, be sure your antivirus updates are current. |

Did you uninstall a program before restarting?

Twain_32 is usually your scanner:
unwise.exe is usually the uninstall exe.

If you know that the program doesn't exist anymore, but you get the pesky message about it not being able to start, then something that calls the message was probably left behind. Check your startup folder for the app. You can also check the registry. Programs launched at startup are located in:
hklm\software\microsoft\windows\current version\run Look for UNWISE.exe in the list of values and then delete it. **Warning, modifying the registry can have adverse effects on the health and function of your system. Please do not attempt this unless you know what you are doing. Otherwise, do so at your own risk. |
