file sharing between windows 98 and windows xp

i searched google and all i found was annoyances.org thread and some other one.

i got internet shared between them.

but what do i do to share files? where do i even see if the computers see each other.

on win 98 i go to network neighborhood > Entire Network.
thing gives me "cant access the network"

on win xp i go to my network places i see nothing

turns out the network set up wizard does the job =D
