File Upload Form??
I have been teaching myself how to build my own website called highartculture.com. I'm pretty sure I understand xhtml and css but i am having a little trouble figuring out how to make my form so people can upload files. My site is supposed to allow people to upload text, image, audio, and video files to either my email account or my server so i can go through them and then post them. Anyone have any suggestions on how I can do this?

You'll need more than HTML and CSS. You need something running on the server - examples are PHP, .NET, and Python - do be able to do file uploads. Do you have any of those available?

the server did not have any available so i guess I need to write my own programs?
