How do I access my BIOS?

I want to access my BIOS so I can set it to check my CDROM Drive for boot instructions instead of my A: Drive.

I don't know if this information is needed to answer this question, but...

It's an old laptop with a pentium 133, 32 Megs of Ram, running windows 95.

Thanks in advance for your help
