How do I know the "network path" of another pc on my network?

Maybe this is a pretty stupid question, but I'm used to Macs, and haven't had to use DOS file labeling for a LONG time...

I'm trying to re-connect to another pc which I WAS able to access through our common router.

Through fiddling with too many things I should have stayed out of - I think I undid something, and now am trying to reconnect.

I get the following message: that drive is not accessible, I might not have permission to access the drive, I'm supposed to contact the computer administrator (which is ME!) to find out if I have access permissions, and LASTLY, it says "the network path was not found."

I've ALMOST got it by going into "Computer Management" under "My Computer," but I just don't have the FULL network path name! I've gone back as far as Z: and the name of the pc, but I must be leaving something out in the middle? or end?

Anyone able to help me? I haven't found anything under "Properties" to tell me the full path name either!

Please respond as soon as you can - this is driving me crazy!

Thanks!
