a dual pentium pro only having one cpu and you should pay $700? no way!
is the machine used? or where do you get 200MHz CPUs nowadays? why do you need this specific siemens machine? use a pentium III with 1,2GHZ - its 6 times faster at least! - and it is the same price (probably even less).

the most valuable thing in this configuration is the 9GB SCSI HD ($%100). 256 MB Ram should be about $100 too even with ECC, the Cache RAM is the minimum today and what do you want with a disk array that is from the time of 200MHz CPUs? any single HD today is probably faster...

ShannonUK, that is one hell of a rip off you got there - dont buy that piece of trash unless dude will pay you $710

2M.Hirsch, let me make few corrections:
>>use a pentium III with 1,2GHZ - its 6 times faster at least
in mhz yes, actual speed - way better
>>the most valuable thing in this configuration is the 9GB SCSI HD
did I miss scsi in original post?
>>256 MB Ram should be about $100
yep, for rdr though, others're cheaper
>>Cache RAM is the minimum today
well p4 got 512kb, but for 200 its more then enough

Ridiculous.

Look at this:

AMD XP 1700+
VIA KT266A based MoBo
512 MB DDR2100 (6 layer, not 4)
3ware 6410 4 channel ATA/66 RAID controller
4 WD200BB ATA/100 7200 20GB (one hot spare)
Tower Server Case front and side panel lock 1x5.25 external
4x5.25 internal, 1x3.5 external 4x3.5 internal

Total Cost US$751

Of course I have to assemble, but that's half the fun
