how to make a forum?
Can anyone shed some of there knowledge on how to make a forum accessible on a free webhosting site, using a forum powered by URL

I never have put up a forum before an really dont have a clue as to where to sart.

Do i have to download the forum from URL before i can use it?

How exactly does this forum stuff work?

Whats required for me to know in order for me to set it up do i have to be a programmer or can i just know basic commands to set it up?

If anyone could send me an e-mail at URL or just post here detailed instructions for a beginner i would very much appreciate it, thank you for your time.
