Hello,
I'm new here. I'm just learning how to publish a site. I've created a website for someone. Before they signed up with their own hosting company, I uploaded their pages using my domain name, as I have yet to publish my own site there. I wanted to see how it looked live. Now I need to get rid of those files off my remote server. I want the whole thing deleted.. gone. I opened the site under my client's domain name, then connected to my server. I thought by "getting" those files it would remove them completely. Instead, it just seemed to copy them over to my root folder. Can someone please explain to me how I may remove the entire site from my server? Need help right away! Thanks! |

If you're using FTP, your ftp client (CuteFTP or WsFTPpro or whatever) will have an option to remove files from their remote location. Check the right hand section of the screen !!
