Instaling Apache2 PhP4 MySQL on RH7.3

Instaling Apache2 PhP4 MySQL on RH7.3

I would like to get Apache2 PhP4 and MySQL 3.23 installed on the RH7.3.
I have removed all the preinstalled modules 'rpm -e xxxx'. I have found a tutorial on installing these apps but it calls for earlier versions, and PHP4 doesn't take the --with-apache=xxxx variable anymore and there is something about apxs that I can't find. On this tutorial, they also mention a 2 phase installation process for Apache. I'm confused.
