I am about to start constructing an interactive database driven website that allows users to: search for a keyowrd and receive a report on that keyword giving the definition of what the word means aswell as a list of related keywords.Users will also be allowed to add, delete, modify existing keyword definitions depending on their access rights.

Could anyone tell me where to find some tools to help me build the site ... e.g. packages of php classes, entire frameworks, libs, ...

Any information that you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

By the way I will be using MySQL, Apache, and PHP on a Linux machine to implement the system.
