Location of program on UNIX
I just installed Pine 4.33 on my shared hosting server under ~/usr/local/bin/pine
My ISP has /usr/local/bin/pine version 4.1 When I type "pine" I get the 4.1 loading. How can I ensure my version of Pine loads (using FreeBSD 4.3) with just typing "pine"? I did type "rehash" Thanks for your time. |

Set up your $PATH and give $HOME/usr/local/bin higher priority.
