Looking for a script

I am looking for a script to monitor several websites and send an e-mail each week with the results, something like internetseer.com. I will use it as a free service in the Netherlands.
Can someone help me. Thank you.

Please be more specific - what do you mean by "monitor"? What will it be monitoring?
