Can anyone out there tell me how to construct a message board on my page please?
i really need help for that!

There is no free lunch in the world. You either have to hire someone to do it for you or download some free scripts from -> http://www.hotscripts.com/ and have someone install it for you. Just started doing html is not enough to get a message board to work.
