newbies need answer

first of all, im a new register here, so i'm kinda lost of all the forum, my question doesn't seem to fit in any forum so i thought i give it a try here, and i don't even know if this is the right discussion board. but here it go. when you get ban from a certain site, that lock you out, for my case the site have lock my pc, i cannot log in to their site at all. i was just wondering what did they do to lock my pc from logging in to their site. for sure i already know that its not ip ban, i try to clear the registry, cookies and temp file, but nothing seem to work, can anybody give me an idea what they have done. i try everything but it doesn't seem to work, i even try to reinstal internet explore, only thing would work is to clean rienstal os, but im not about to do that yet. if any help is appriciate...thax

They have either blocked your username or ip or the whole isp subnet which you're on. Clean cookies and try using proxy to register again and see what happens.

thank much for the reply, im not to familiar with using proxy, is there a way you can show me step by step how to do so, i would be very apriciated, at this point i don't even care if i mess up my the window. thax
