I am a beginner web designer, kind of learning as I go in my job. I have been given a rather complex request from a client of ours.

The client is a chamber of commerce looking to have school closing information on their home page. The tricky part is that we don't want to update the information ourselves (the information comes in at 5am) AND we don't want to give them access to the hosting server to edit the file - be it a java scroll or a .rss feed.

I understand that there are online feed hosting sites, however, we don't want other people to be able to put the feed on their sites- but signing up for an email feed would be great- because it is school closing info.

Does anyone have some insight into this issue?
