PERL/CGI Setup - [Win98]
OK, I'm Running a windows 98 OS and the apache web server one my computer ( i have php/mysql installed ). For about 2 weeks, I have been trying to figure out how the **** I'm supposed to install PERL/CGI. I tryed, but I just can't figure out how. Will someone help me out Please?! Thanks.
