PHP4 and PWS4: At a loss

Hello.

I'm trying to install PHP for PWS4, and I used PHPEasyWindows to install it. I set my /Inetpub/wwwroot/ to execute. My Windows Registry says ".php" and ".php3" point to the correct dll in the directory where PHP4 was installed.

But whenever I try to run a PHP script, I keep getting a 403 error. When I run PHP as a CGI (i.e. /scripts/php/php.exe/wwwroot/), PHP works.

I'm not sure what the problem is, and yes, all the directories in which I want PHP to run are set to Execute. Any suggestions?
