I have a new system board. I have 500w power supply. When i turn the system on, the fran starts the system beeps and then shuts off. Any idea why??????????????????????????????//

Could be a POST test. Does it only beep once? If not, tell the beep pattern. It could indicate your problem.
Do you have RAM, hard drive or floppy drive or CD-ROM drive, Moniter, Keyboard, etc... plugged in?
