python for kids
i want to teach my 8 and 10 year olds python what do you recommend

Wow starting them off young ain't ya!
Are they good readers? Will they sit down and read a book or through a tutorial on the internet and actually pay attention to it? You could try buying a book and sit them down with that for a while and then let them try some examples, think of a project for each of them that would allow them to utilize python in development and then let them at it.

Search google, look for "learning python for kids" or "teaching kids python" or something along those lines. There are a few resources that seem aimed towards kids middle school aged or so, but you might have to settle for just a beginning book, since the grade school programming market isn't very big, and there isn't a lot available. But yeah, for finding this sort of thing, look to google first of all.
