refreshing global style sheets
if you link to a global style sheet in a page, and the style sheet gets changed, the changes won't appear until the page gets completely refreshed (shift-refresh in IE). I'm getting the pages themselves to load fresh everytime using a couple of php lines, but HOW do i get the style sheet to load every time instead of just loading from cache??
