Is there an html tag that allows you to have
text over an image? |

Use layers. The first layer is the image, the second layer contains the text and is placed over the first layer.
Or you can use a table containing just one cell which has the image as background. ------------------ Good luck, Bas ------------------ E-mail me at: b.vandermeijden@pecoma.nl |

Thank you for your reply message on text formatting. You mentioned to use layers
when overlaping an image with text. I have an HTML book that mentions that Netscape is the only browser that supports this. Any thoughts? You also said that a one cell table with the image as the background would work. Question: I can then put regular HTML text after the table? or before the table? Thanks for your input. Matt - |
